These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

PangaTech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through email or in-service notifications. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
